•Indiana driver’s license
•Indiana photo ID card
•U.S. Passport
•Military ID issued by the U.S. Department of Defense, a branch of the uniformed services, the Merchant Marine, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, or the Indiana National Guard (does not require an expiration date if stated as “Indefinite”)
•Tribal ID card issued by a Native American Indian tribe or band recognized by the U.S. government

•Student ID from an Indiana State school (must meet all specified criteria: photo, name that conforms to the voter registration record, expiration date, and issued by the State of Indiana or U.S. government) IDs must display the voter’s photo, name (conforming to the voter registration record), and an expiration date (either current or expired after the last General Election). In-Person Absentee Voting: Available 28 days before the election, ending at noon the day before. Also open the two Saturdays before the election. Visit for details.

Absentee Voting by Mail: Eligible if absent on Election Day, disabled, 65+, working during polling hours, or have other valid reasons. Apply by 11:59 PM, 12 days before the election. Submit applications online, by mail, or by email with the required ID.

Travel Board Voting: For voters confined due to illness, disability, or physical inability. Apply by noon the day before the election. Print Disabilities: Use OmniBallot for accessible voting. Submit the ABS-VPD form by specific deadlines for primary and general elections.
