•Absentee ballot applications must reach the Absentee Election Manager’s office by mail 7 days before the election or by hand 5 days before.
•Completed absentee ballots by mail are due by noon on election day; hand-delivered ballots must be in by the close of business on the day before (but no later than 5 p.m.).

•Eligibility criteria for absentee voting include absence from the county, illness, physical disability, being an election officer, caregiver, or incarcerated.
