List #1 (One Required):
•Valid Arizona driver license •Valid Arizona non-operating ID card
•Tribal enrollment card or other tribal ID
•Valid U.S. government-issued ID
List #2 (Two Required):
•Utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days
•Arizona Vehicle Registration
•Indian census card
•Property tax statement
•Arizona vehicle insurance card
List #3 (Two Required):
•Valid photo ID from List #1 with address mismatch plus non-photo ID from List #2 with address match
•U.S. Passport without address plus one valid item from List #2

Early Voting Options:
•Join the Active Early Voting List (AEVL) for automatic ballot-by-mail for all eligible elections.
•Make a one-time request for a ballot-by-mail if you prefer not to join AEVL.
Joining AEVL:
•Sign up online or submit a written request form.
•No deadline to join, but must sign up at least 11 days before Election Day to receive a ballot-by-mail for the upcoming election.
One-Time Ballot-by-Mail Request:
•Request online, by phone, submit a written form, or via email to the County Recorder.
