•Registered voters can request absentee ballots without providing a reason
•Apply through county election office by mail, fax, or online
•Applications must be received by 6 p.m. on the second Friday before the election
•Early-voting ballots sent out at least 35 days before primary/general election, 15 days before other elections
•All early-voting ballots must arrive by close of polls on Election Day
